1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of sx999.net and all associated services is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with the sx999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method of access. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on sx999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

3Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on sx999, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all sx999 accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the sx999 platform. Opening or operating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

sx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following conditions govern all financial transactions:

• You may only deposit funds using payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• sx999 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed, to the satisfaction of sx999, before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC requirements may include submission of a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of residential address.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and are not under the exclusive control of sx999.
• sx999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of internal security and fraud screening procedures. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your responsibility and will not be covered by sx999.

5Bonuses and Promotions

sx999 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all sx999 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is set out in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published alongside each bonus offer.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other users, or the exploitation of technical errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings and may lead to account suspension.
• sx999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud sx999 or other players through any means, including collusion, chip dumping, or the use of exploits or software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software that interact with the platform in a manner not approved by sx999.
• Money laundering or the use of the platform to facilitate the transfer of illicitly obtained funds.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through coordinated or systematic exploitation.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward sx999 staff or other platform users.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the sx999 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the property of sx999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any sx999 content without prior written authorisation.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sx999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if sx999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. sx999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The sx999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9Privacy and Data Protection

sx999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the sx999 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by sx999 by contacting the support team. sx999 does not sell personal data to third parties. 10Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account that has not been subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, after the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and security checks.

12Amendments to These Terms

sx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date, where practicable.
